Booking Policy

At Unic Brother´s we want to offer you the best service. To ensure a satisfying experience we have set the following conditions for booking appointments. By making a booking, you accept these terms.
1. Making a booking
Bookings can be made through:
- Booksy online platform: available on our website and mobile app.
- Phone: by calling 912 345 678.
- In person: at our shop (C/ de la Democràcia, 1, Valencia).
When making a booking we will ask for some personal data (name, phone, email) in order to manage your appointment and contact you if needed. This data will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
2. Booking confirmation
Once the booking is made you will receive confirmation by email or SMS (depending on the method chosen). If you don’t receive this confirmation within a reasonable time, please contact us to verify that the booking has been registered correctly.
3. Punctuality and service duration
We recommend arriving 5 minutes before your appointment. Each service has an estimated duration that will be indicated when booking. If you arrive late we will do our best to attend to you, but the service may be shortened or we may need to reschedule your appointment in order not to disrupt other clients.
4. Cancellations and changes
We understand that unexpected things happen. Please, if you need to cancel or change your booking, do so at least 2 hours in advance so we can offer that slot to another client. You can do this:
- Through Booksy (if you booked online).
- By calling or sending a WhatsApp message to 912 345 678.
Cancellations made less than 2 hours in advance or no-shows without prior notice may be subject to a penalty equivalent to 50% of the booked service price, payable before making a new booking.
5. No-show (absence without cancelling)
If you don’t show up for your appointment without having cancelled in advance (no-show), we reserve the right to:
- Request payment of 50% of the service for future bookings.
- Block the possibility of making new online bookings until the situation is regularised.
6. Prices and payment methods
Service prices are available on our website and in the shop. You can pay by:
- Cash
- Credit/debit card
- Bizum
No prepayment is currently required to make a booking, unless otherwise indicated for special services or promotions.
7. Force majeure
If due to force majeure (technical issues, staff illness, etc.) we are forced to cancel your appointment, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer alternatives to reschedule it at no additional cost.
8. Acceptance of these terms
Making a booking implies full acceptance of this Booking Policy. Unic Brother´s reserves the right to modify these terms at any time, notifying changes through our website.
